Instant Support is an automated Web tool that can answer your questions about Windows OneCare and help you troubleshoot problems. Instant Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you don't have to wait for business hours to get help!

You can type your question in plain English (for example, "How do I block a program in the firewall?"), and Instant Support will respond with a series of steps to perform a task or links to more instructions.

At any time during your Instant Support session, you can type more information or a different question into the query field at the bottom of the page. Instant Support will answer the question and continue to work on your original problem. You can change topics, or solve one problem and then continue with another question.
